FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTION:  What are your COVID rules?

ANSWER:  Our COVID protocol is a) face coverings: wear a neck gaiter or mask that you can pull over your mouth and nose, b) stay socially distanced everywhere at the Resort, c) wash/sanitize your hands as needed, d) follow our posted guidelines for lodge use and food & beverage pickup, e) buy your lift ticket and other products/services online to avoid lines, f) ride the lifts only with family or friends with whom you are comforable about their health, g) if you have any COVID symptoms then stay home and seek medical attention!

QUESTION:  Can I purchase lift tickets on your website?

ANSWER:  Absolutely.  This season nearly ALL tickets will be purchased online prior to arriving at the resort.  Then bring your device or printed emailed receipt to the Will Call window at the ticket office and retrieve your lift ticket.  We will also have a limited online food & beverage menu to order from so you dont have to wait in lines.

QUESTION:  What happens if I buy a pass and then you have to close becasue of COVID?

ANSWER:  The mountain and lifts won't close for COVID because outdoor recreation is automatically socially distanced and there is lots of space and fresh air on the mountain and in lift lines.  Indoor arrangements like the lodge or food & beverage may change from time to time to accommodate the best solution to defend against COVID.

QUESTION:  What happens if I buy a pass and then you have to close for lack of snow?

ANSWER:  Not to worry - for over 60 years Kelly Canyon has never had a year where it didn't have enough snow for a decent season!

QUESTION:  How do I get my season pass?

ANSWER:  Once you've paid for it online please email a well lit headshot image to info@skikelly.com and put in the subject line "Season Pass Photo."  Make sure to not have headwear or sunglasses on for your picture.  Also, make sure if sending multiple headshots you label them with the name that corresponds to them.

QUESTION: Can I buy a pass for someone else?

ANSWER:  Yes.  While purchasing online you will be prompted to enter the passholder name and birthdate.  Make sure you put the person for whom you are buying and not your own.
